Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Trách nhiệm
- Manage overall accounts receivable, ensuring AR reports are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review, reconcile, issue invoices, and handle discrepancy-related issues.
- Support month-end closing tasks and periodic reporting.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues related to contracts, receivables, and payments.
- Supervise and guide Accounts Receivable staff.
- Record accounting entries in the accounting software (Fast).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, with at least 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience handling a large volume of transactions.
- Proactive in handling related tasks and responsibilities.
