Prepare data to support warehouse dispatch and delivery coordination activities
Respond to delivery progress updates and handle issues with related departments such as Customer Service and Sales teams
Prioritize orders to ensure deliveries are completed within each customer’s required time frame
Plan delivery schedules for drivers/shippers according to customers’ delivery windows
Prepare and check delivery documents before handing them over to shippers
Monitor and resolve issues arising during the delivery process
Familiarity with Hanoi roads and experience in coordinating shippers is an advantage
Track attendance and working hours for shippers

Male/Female, 18–40 years old, in good health
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel)
Candidates with warehouse experience are preferred; no experience is required as training will be provided

Salary + bonuses up to 8,000,000 VND
New hire bonus of 1,500,000 VND after completing 2 months of probation
100% base salary during probation period
Laptop and necessary working equipment provided
Annual salary review in December
