Understand the daily tasks of the shipper and dispatch teams.
Manage the number of shippers on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient manpower to deliver orders to customers on time.
Ensure dispatch staff perform their duties accurately, on schedule, and in a timely manner.
Ensure all shippers comply with company regulations stated in the shipper manual.
Handle complaints and feedback from shippers, customers, warehouse teams, and other related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure the shipper and dispatch teams meet expectations as well as team and company objectives.
Prepare daily and weekly reports in accordance with company requirements.
Working hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM. One day off per week based on a flexible schedule.

At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader position, with a good understanding of delivery routes within Hanoi.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good Excel skills.
Ensure deliveries are completed within the required time frames.
Ensure COD remittance from shippers is completed within no more than 2 days.
