Key Account Modern Trade Executive

Trách nhiệm
- Manage key strategic accounts to achieve company KPIs and GMV targets
- Identify and acquire new customers within the supermarket channel to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update the customer database while expanding the customer base on a monthly basis; build and sustain strong client relationships
- Participate in business planning, including reviewing annual and quarterly business plans
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of existing customers
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis for assigned accounts
- Gather and analyze customer feedback (both positive and negative) and propose appropriate improvements
- Monitor and manage contracts between buyers and sellers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver the best possible service to customers
Yêu cầu
- Good communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry is a plus
- Hardworking, patient, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
