We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to build and improve products across Kamereo’s internal operations tools and customer-facing platforms. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys understanding real business operations deeply, working directly with users and stakeholders, and turning complex operational problems into practical product solutions. You will work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Design, and Engineering to identify pain points, define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, deliver features, and measure post-launch impact. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, user-focused, and comfortable taking ownership from problem discovery to release and validation.

- Experience the actual operation flow firsthand to understand how daily operations really work
- Meet directly with customers and internal stakeholders to learn the operation and their real pain points
- Research similar systems and products in the market to inform your solutions
- Turn business needs into clear product requirements: PRDs, diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Use data and basic analysis to spot problems, prioritize, and validate product decisions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Align with stakeholders on scope, project details, timeline, and rollout plan
- Own features end to end across internal operations tools and customer-facing products
- Work with the design team to turn your ideas into visual output
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver projects
- Follow up on releases and post-launch results to validate impact
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years in product management, including at least one product or feature owned from start to finish with real accountability for the result
- Track record of defining success metrics for your features and measuring post-launch impact
- Comfortable with data: reading dashboards and doing basic analysis to frame problems, prioritize, and validate decisions
- Hands-on experience running software projects in a ticketing system like Jira
- Experience working in a Scrum team
- Able to sketch flows, wireframes, and designs in Figma, Miro, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills
- Business-level English and native Vietnamese
- Able to visit our warehouses about once a month
- Bonus points for a relevant degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or ERP
