Supply Chain Supervisor (Non Veggie Section)

Trách nhiệm
- Manage assigned product categories to meet business requirements, including cost efficiency, COGS, inventory days, wastage, and order fulfillment rate.
- Develop category and pricing strategies tailored to customer needs by region.
- Ensure competitive pricing and timely, sufficient, high-quality supply based on the needs of the Sales team and the company’s Board of Management.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers and attract new suppliers with long-term potential, ensuring favorable purchasing prices and credit terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers on contract terms such as pricing, payment conditions, delivery schedule, product quality, and resolve arising issues.
- Monitor, strictly control, and take full responsibility for purchasing costs, as well as the quality and quantity of inventory within assigned categories.
- Continuously identify business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Accounting & Finance,
- Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure purchasing activities align with operational needs and support smooth execution.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of procurement and supply-related processes.
- Supervise, coach, and support junior staff in their daily tasks. Assess individual capabilities and evaluate work performance.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, FMCG, General Trading, MT/CVS channels
- Good understanding of Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics.
- Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Proactive, positive, results-oriented, and eager to learn new things.
- Strong communication skills, hardworking, enthusiastic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure
