Trách nhiệm
- Participate in job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates for all assigned positions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Take full responsibility for recruitment administration, including preparing Job Descriptions and Offer Letters, scheduling interviews, collecting, updating, and managing new hire records/data, and generating recruitment-related reports.
- Coordinate the onboarding process during the first two months of probation, ensuring a professional and positive experience for new hires at Kamereo.
- Follow up with Department Heads to complete probation evaluations on time, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations.
- Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s or College degree
- Basic knowledge of the F&B industry is an advantage
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Open-minded and creative
- Systematic approach with structured thinking
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
