Trách nhiệm
- Collaborate and work with all Hiring Manager on headcount plan
- Design and implement effective recruitment processes
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process with a diversified levels of recruiting for both Tech & Non-tech
- Build - up and develop pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
- Tracking and reporting recruitment performance/pipelines to Headd of Dept/ partners and Direct Manager
- Managing Talent Acquisition team
- Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members if any
- Take other assignments by Direct Manager
- Join all of regular outside activities ( events, workshops, job fair...) to perform the employer branding of the company
- Improve and extend the company brand to social platforms ( Facebook, Linkedin...)
- Maintain relationships with business partners ( universities, communities...) for recruiting purposes
- Join all Engagement activities held by the company
Yêu cầu
- Understand and share our vision and core values
- Native in Vietnamese and good commands of English
- 3+ years in similar roles, 6 months - 1 year experience in headhunt services if any is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills, hard working and enthusiastic
- Good at MS office and computing skills; Canva design experience is a plus
